Executive Assistant to the CEO
Unique position planning and coordinating the Agency’s fundraising events as well as providing administrative support to the CEO. In addition to the tasks and responsibilities of an Executive Administrative Assistant, this position will be responsible for overseeing all fundraising events and special events (annual Board meeting, Staff holiday party) as well as all social media postings for the Agency.
Qualification include a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years relevant work experience including experience in fundraising and event planning. Excellent administrative and organizational skills are required as well as proficient in Word, Excel, Access, and Powerpoint.
